St. Joseph's Nursing Home
Opened in 1945 on Patterson Park Avenue in Baltimore, MD, this facility is still operating. In 1959, residents were relocated to a new facility in Catonsville, MD.

Sacred Heart Home
Opened in 1926 by the Congregation of Missionary Sisters of the Holy Spirit. In 1998 the ownership was transferred to Sisters Servants of Mary Immaculate. In 2023 residents were moved to the newly built facility.

Basilica of National Shrine
Since 1986, the Sisters Servants of Mary Immaculate have been serving the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception as sacristans.
